Hastings Tanks warrants that all tanks are free from defects in materials and workmanship under regular use.
-Black Label 20 gauge = 5-year pro-rated warranty – 1 year full replacement
–Green Label 22 gauge = 1 year warranty
-Poly Tanks = 3-year warranty from the purchase date.
Coverage includes: - Structural integrity - Manufacturing defects - Leaks from faulty workmanship
**Exclusions:** This warranty does not cover damages from: - Improper installation or misuse - Unapproved modifications - Natural disasters - Normal wear and tear - This warranty does not cover shipping costs.
**Claim Process:** To initiate a claim, contact us with your purchase receipt and issue details. We may request additional information or photos. Approved claims will result in repair or replacement at no charge.
