Changes to Terms
Stock Tanks Canada reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Use of the Site
a. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
b. You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of anyone else, or restrict or inhibit anyone’s use and enjoyment of the Site.

Product Information and Pricing
We strive to provide accurate product information; however, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Orders and Payments
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by Stock Tanks Canada. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already made a payment, we will issue a full refund. Orders cancelled by the customer will be subject to a 5% cancelation fee to cover processing costs.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stock Tanks Canada will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from
(i) your use or inability to use the Site;
(ii) any content obtained from the Site; or
(iii) unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Stock Tanks Canada regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
